Hi! I am a dental assistant and assisted many dental implant procedures. Our patients will always come in the office feeling nervous and or scared about the procedure. I would always tell them "NOT to WORRy". The procedure is very sterile and simple depending how good the Dr. is. But no need to worry you wont feel a thing. The Dr. will make sure before the procedure that you are very numb so you wont feel a thing. Our patients also had the option of being sedated wt prescription drugs or with what you call "laughing gas". So don't worry you will be fine! Most of our patients were surprised to know that their wasn't any need to feel nervous. Good Luck! and Just Relax!
