What distance should dental implants be placed apart?

any distance deemed necessary...depending on the teeth being replaced.

the implants r placed within the ridges and then are covered with crowns which resemble the actual teeth...so the nearest distance the implants can b placed should be equal to the width of the crowns that they support.

What distance should dental implants be placed apart?
Whichever distance the dentist and his assistant have deemed dentally necessary.
Reply:Well, Eddie, only your dentist knows for sure.
Reply:depends how many teeth are being replaced and the location of the future implant
