Anyone have experience with dental implants?
yes.
Reply:As a dentist, yes....as a patient no. What is your question?

FYI:

www.ada.org has patient information for most dental procedures and is a reliable source.
Reply:My stepson had his four front teeth replaced with implants after a motorcycle wreck in which he almost died. It has worked very well for him. The only drawback is having to go to see the dentist every three months for the rest of his life.

He has had them for 2 years and there are no complications.
