I want to know about any discoloration. And what if I need to bleach my teeth with the implant will that work?? Does it look at all like any fake fake tooth or you cant tell even if you stare at it????
Has anyone had dental implants? what are the pros and cons.?
They are like any other crown in your mouth. One of my friends has one for her upper right front tooth, no one knows but me! You can bleach your teeth, but any of them with crowns will not change colors like a natural tooth. Just make sure the general dentist you pick has experience restoring implants. Find out what oral surgeon they recommend to place the implant. They will need to work together for a great finished product.
Reply:My implant looks totally like a real tooth. But mine is one of my molars, so you can't really see it. I got a shade slightly lighter than the rest of my teeth, in case I get them whitened.
