Dental implants and migraines?

My mom is considering have some dental implants put in. She suffers from really bad migraines and she's afraid that the implants could cause her migraines to get worse. She has talked to her dentist, oral surgeon, and neurologist and none of them seem to know if it will cause a problem. Has anyone out there had any experiance with this sort of thing? Are there any good websites out there were I can read more on the subject? Thank You!!

Dental implants and migraines?
YES it will effect them but not constantly while shes healing from having them in she can expect a lovely migraine pucking and all trust me it happened to me when I had dental work the problem isnt directly caused by the work while its healing it will be inflamed and press up against her nerves causing the headache which will creep up but within 24 be horrible, tell her if she has take preventative migraine medicine
Reply:I think once she have it done she may experience some headaches only because you know your ears, nose and throat is connected. She may want to consult with a ENT specialist before having the procedure done.(ear nose and throat doctor).I had my wisdom teeth pulled about a month ago and They did'nt sucture my gums so it was hard for me to breathe and things that I was drinking was comming out of my nose and so forth. So I had to kept the gauze inside of the holes.Everything is connected so it may cause her to have some headaches but it should pass,it should'nt be long term.L.P.N for 6 yrs.
Reply:There's a new development in migraine therapy:
